Our Story
It started with a frustrating whiteboard. Our co-founder Sarah was managing shift schedules for a 200-bed hospital using paper rosters, WhatsApp groups, and endless phone calls.
Every swap request meant hours of coordination. Every sick call was a scramble. She knew there had to be a better way.
That's when she teamed up with Michael, a software engineer who had built scheduling systems at Google. Together, they created Shiftii – a platform designed specifically for the unique challenges of healthcare scheduling.
Today, Shiftii helps thousands of healthcare organizations schedule their teams more efficiently, giving staff more control over their work-life balance.
